The Annual General Meeting of Ahmedabad Kshatriya Bhavsar Samaj (Trust Regn.No. F-660) being held on 15th August, 2008 at 4.00 PM onwards on the above premise which please be noted and informed, please.

Agenda of Annual General Meeting year 2008 of Ahmedabad Kshatriya Bhavsar Samaj ( Trust Regn.No. F-660) as follows :

1) To confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
2) To consider and adopt the audited Balance sheet and Auditors Report for the year 2007 – 2008 (1-4-2007 to 31-03-2008)
3) To extend the Power by authorizing the Working Committee to appoint Auditor and Fix auditors remuneration for the year 2008-2009 ( 1-4-2008 to 31-03-2009)
4) To Elect / Select the office bearers and members of the Executive Committee, Working committee, Special Invitees etc. for the year 2008-2009
5) Discuss and deliberate future programme / planning of Ahmedabad Kshatriya Bhavsar Samaj Ahmedabad.
6) To discuss any other important matters with the permission of the chair

This is to inform all the Registered Members of Ahmedabad Kshatriya Bhavsar Samaj that as usual we have arranged the cultural programme on 15th August, 2009. We solicit the presence of all the Members on this day. A Special debate competition have also organized by Mahila Mandal on the same day.

Statement by the Managing Trustee & President

Dear Members,

We are so pleased to address / release the Annual Report year 2008 along with Audited Balance Sheet for the year 2007-2008 before all my beloved Bhavsar Members. During the year 2007-2008, we’ve called 14 meetings. All working committee members have taken part in all these meetings very actively and advised their best and precious suggestions before the Core committee for development of Kshatriya Bhavsar at Ahmedabad. On behalf of all the Bhavsar Members, I would like to thank all of them who have extended their best creative Ideas, views, reviews, opinions, etc. in best interest of Bhavsars. Today, across the country as well out of country, our work and progress have been recognised and people are wondering for the most rapid development of the Kshatriya Bhavsars in Ahmedabad. We are really proud for all these recognisetion.

During the year various scholarships have been distributed among the Bhavsar students who have secured the best rank in their categories. These scholarships have been sponsered by Smt. Santabai Fakirchandseth Bhavsar Vidya Utkarsh Nidhi / Educational Trust starting from KG upto Collages.

A Haldi-kunku ceremony was performed on 26th January, 2008 by Mahila Mandal.

Special Remarks : We would like to inform you with the great proud that Mahila Mandal is appeared as the BEST DONNORS towards the Hall Construction Fund. It has gone beyond appx. Rs. 2 Lacs. Our special thanks and best wishes to the Mahila Mandal on behalf of all the Bhavsr Memebrs.

Some incredible achievement during the year 2007-2008

1) Inauguration of the newly built Marriage Hall dtd. 21st October, 2007.

Ultimately the dream come true on the day of 21st October, 2007 ( The festive occasion of Dashera) when the newly Hall inaugurated in presence of all the Bhavsar Bandhavas Locally as well across the country worth Rs. 35 Lacs. This dream actually was planted by Danvir Samaj Bhushan Late Smt. Shantabai Fakirchandseth Bhavsar, Late Shri. Motilal Maharuseth Bhavsar, Late Shri. Gajanand Motilalseth Bhavsar, Late Shri. Suresh Kashinathsth Bhavsar, Late Shri. Manoharseth Shakarseth Bhavsar and all the Bhavsar Bandhavas 9 years ago and same has been implemented & executed successfully by our Working President Shri. Leeladhr Motilalseth Bhavsar, Managing Trustee. Shri. Subhash Vasantseth Bhavsar, Shri. Sudhakr Vishnuseth Bhavsar, Shri. Bhikhabhai Sukhdevseth Bhavsar, all the core committee members, working committee members, invitees, advisors, Mahila Mandal, all the well wishers and above all the Bhavsar Bandhavas. This is the result of the joint adventure, dedication and hard work of all these dignitaries and all the Bhavsars at Ahmedabad.

Earlier, we were having only the ground floor Hall appx. 60 feet x 50 feet. Considering the rapid development and future requirements, the upper floor Hall have been expanded about 80 feet x 50 feet. The initial budget for the construction of upper floor Hall was only appx. Rs. 3 to 4 Lacs, but , after reviewing the exact requirement, with the best advises of the bigwigs of our Samaj, core committee, working committee members, we had decided to go for the full-flanged construction of upper Hall as well renovation of the lower hall too. The appx. Estimation involved of Rs. 22 to 25 Lacs for this construction work, believe us, really this was not an easy task. Though the task was too tough and more challenging, we had started the construction work by taking the Holy name of Mata Hinglaj and miraculously we were succeed to complete the whole construction work ONLY WITHIN 6-7 MONTHS time period with the blessing of Goddess Ma Hinglaj Mata. Of course, the contribution of all the Bhavsar Bandhavas is an out-standing. All Bhavsar had contributed on the basis of “ full nahi to full ni pandadi”. We would like to extend our most sincere thanks to all the donors, all the ShramData, and all the well wishers every where who had taken part aggressively in this mission.

Simultaneously, with the inauguration of the newly built Hall, we had also arranged the Vadhu-Var Parichay Melawa for all the boys and girls who were wiling to get married in their near future. We are proud to announce that more than 190 to 200 Boys and Girls taken part in this Parichay Melawa. The whole programme was concluded in very respectful manners without any hindrance.


2) Samuh Lagnotsav dtd. 29th April, 2008.

As insisted by the Bhavsar Bandhavas and considering the worst economy and higher living costs, for the benefit of the Bhavsars, a Mass marriage ceremony had been organized on 29th April, 2008 on the newly built Mangal Karyalaya. There were Six participants (Brides & Grooms) in this Mass marriage ceremony. With an exceptional support of all the Bhavsars, and in the holy ambience, joyfully all Bhavsars came together and successfully concluded the Mass Marriage ceremony. The real claimant of the success is Shri. Subhashbhai, Shri. Leeladharbhai, Shree Jagdishbhai, the President of Samuh Vivah Samit Shri. Jankidasbhai, Bhalchandrabhai, Vice President of Samuh Lanotsav Samit Shri. Kalpeshbhai, the recently selected President of Youth Federation of Akhil Bhartiya Bhavsar Kshatirya Mahasabha ( ABBKM) and our most youngest Trustee Shri. Suneel Sakhare.

On this noble occasion, all the Bhavsar bandhavas extended their best support by contributing most possible donations, volunteering themselves for all the pre and post Samuh lagnotsav activities. All Bhavsars had recognised and welcomed this noble cause Mass Marriage ceremony. The participants (newly married couple) of this Samuh Lagnotsav had been presented more than 36 to 40 different Marriage gifts by all the cast members.

With the bottom of our heart, we extend our heartfelt thanks once again to all who had contributed in all the activities raised for the development of Kshatriya Bhavsars at Ahmedabad. Thank you very very much.

Our Future Plans :

We have worked-out and would like to takeon the following tasks on most priority :

1) To adopt the sharp and dazzling but financially unsound child of the Bhavsar families and to nurture the best to this adopted child for his/her best future.
2) Installing the AC Units in upper Hall and making the Hall fully centralized Air condition Hall. This idea was flashed due to few of NRI marriages at our Hall and suggested by the users. To convert the upper Hall into an extra ordinary, fully equipped, an ultra modern Marriage Hall. By successfully completion of this Project, definitely we are going to get a good amount of Rent from the End-users of this Marriage Hall. This way our Income would definitely increased.
3) Renovation of the Shiv Temple and replacement of the Shivlinga in the Shiv Temple. To make the Temple more specious so we can put more comfort and eliminate the difficulties the devotees facing during the puja and Pradakshana. The negotiation is going on for the complete Jirnoddhar of the Shiv Temple and we are sure that God Shiva will definitely give us success in the same.
4) Arrange for a small and wonderful Library, which can be used by all the senior citizens as well the youngsters too. We have planned to subscribe all the daily news papers and few of religious magazines for the library use.
5) Construct two / three rooms above the upper Marriage hall and to be developed as a guest house with all the latest amenities so that the Bhavsars who come out of the city can avail the facility with latest amenities on a very very nominal rates instead of paying the huge tariff to the Hotels. Doing this, we are sure the income would be increased gradually.
6) To established a Credit Society so that during the emergency we can get benefited by using the credit society.
7) To arrange the marriages of the needy and financial unsound brides and grooms of Bhavsar families with the restricted audience / invitees.

There are many more roll plans are in our mind and under the active consideration and we assure you that all possible targeted plans would be implemented on the right time on the right occasion.

Furthermore, we are also delighted to announce that our youngest Trustee Shri. Suneel Dattatrayseth Bhavsar (Sakhare) was appointed as a President of YOUTH FEDARATION OF AKHI BHARTIYA BHAVSAR KSHATRIYA MAHASBHA (ABBKM, PUNE) during the working committee meeting held at Bangalore on 7th May 2008. Earlier, only Shri. Manoharbhai Shankrseth Junagade (Bhavsar) used to attend the Mahasabha Meetings and adhiveshans on regular basis. He was been awarded as a special invitees for more than 9 years in Mahasabha. Now a days, considering our young personalties, the potential and enthusiasm to do something extra ordinary for Bhavsar community, ABBKM have appointed our Shri. Suneel Dattatrayseth Sakhare (Bhavsar) on this most distinguish and proud post of a President of Youth Federation of ABBKM. This is the first time in our history, some one has reached on the highest position in ABBKM from our Kshatriya Bhavsars at Ahmedabad. We proud on this appointment and wish our heartfelt wishes to Shri. Sunnelbhai to do hard work for Bhavsars across the country. May Mata Hinglaj help Suneelbhai in his work as a Youth President.

Furthermore, very first time, we have been allotted Total Three seats in Mahasabha and among this 1 pertain to Shri Suneelbhai as a Youth President while others allotted to Shri Leeladhar Motilalseth Bhavsar and Smt. Meenakshiben Manoharseth Bhavsar as a Working Committee members of ABBKM. We also extend our heartiest wishes to them for their great achievement.

Finally, In conclusion, we wish Mata Hinglaj may shower her blessings to all the Kshatriaya Bhavsar and fulfil their all wishes and desires. Wish you all the best for everything and on the eve of the Independence Day, amy we also take an opportunity to wish all the Bhavsars here in Ahmedabad and across the country and out of country a “ HAPPY INPENDENCE DAY.”

Special Thanks :
As we all are aware that our Shri. Sudhakar Vishnuprasad Bhavsar and Shri. Bhikhabhai Sukhdevseth Bhavsar got retired by their own wish from their posts of Trustees, considering their long-lasting association and their hard work, every efforts and co-operation without seeing day or night, winter or summer and on every occasion extending their stand-to nature to do anything for Bhavsars consistently with more than 15 years, we are highly obliged and would like to wish them all the best for their health and prosperity and everything. Thank you sirs and we all will remember your sacrifice and hard work and get motivated from it and assure you to build the best Kshatriya Bhavsar community in Ahmedabad.

NOTICE BOARD:

It appears from the Register that many of the Registered Bhavsar members have not paid their annual / life time membership fees till time. We request all of them to deposit their membership fees IMMEDIATELY without any further delay. The lifetime membership fees is Rs. 511/-. Please co-operate by paying your annual / lifetime membership fees on urgent basis and please oblige us.

Many of Members have given us the consolation of some amount to be paid in Building (Hall) construction Fund (for the newly built Marriage Hall ), but, regret to inform that we are yet to receive those funds. By copy of this circular, we humbly request all those Bhavsar Bandhavas who have confirmed and promised to contribute sum amount, please pay them on utmost priority. This will help us to reduce our liability which is almost exceeded after completion of the Hall Construction work. The last date for the deposition of all these funds at Bhavsar Mangal Karyalaya is 31st December, 2008 which please be noted accurately / precisely, please.
